How to withdraw funds?

Login to your FX Stream Client Portal payment area and select "Withdrawals"

Select the account you wish to withdraw funds from, and enter the desired amount.

Choose where you want your funds to be withdrawn to.

The details you have entered again and click "Request Withdrawal"

Additional Information

Withdrawal of funds is only available to clients who have uploaded their identification documents and their trading account approved. However, in order to protect all parties against fraud, we may require additional information and/or proof of identity to be submitted before we can process your withdrawal request.

All initial withdrawal requests must be verified for safety and security by provision of a bank statement which includes account holder information and bank details.FX Stream will not accept withdrawals made under a different name to the registered FX Stream trading account. Due to third-party transaction regulations, funds can only be returned to a bank account in the same name (or joint) as your FX Stream trading account.

FX Stream does not charge any internal fees for withdrawing funds from your account. However, funds withdrawals to a non-Australian banking institutions may be subjected to fees from any intermediary bank involved in the transaction and may attract a receiving fee from your bank/financial institution. Please account for these fees when making withdrawals of small amount.

All withdrawal requests received before 1 PM AEST will be processed on that same day from Monday to Friday. Any requests received after this time may not be processed until the next available business day. In addition, FX Stream cannot guarantee same day value for receipt of funds. Processing times are subject to the receiving bank processes – international transfers may take between 2 – 5 days to be received.

If you have funded your account using a Credit/Debit card and you request for a withdrawal within 60 days of deposit, the withdrawal will be made back to the same card originally used to deposit funds. Please be aware that FX Stream can only return up to the original deposited amount of funds back to the same credit card. Where the withdrawal is for an amount in excess of the original deposit, then the excess amount will need to be paid to a bank account in the name of the client.

If the withdrawal request is over 60 days from the deposit, then we will return funds back to your bank account upon your request.

Note that Debit/Credit card refunds can take between 3 – 20 business days from the date of processing to appear on your card statement.

Processing times for bank transfers may vary and are beyond FX Stream’s control. Funds may take up to 5 business days to reach your account.

Additionally, international transfer fees charged by our banking institution are passed onto the client (approximately AUD 20).
